Comparison
Blackjack vs Teen Patti
In one you change your hand and the opponent cannot think. In the other you cannot change your hand and every opponent can.
Blackjack is a banking game — you play against the dealer, who follows a fixed procedure with no choices.
Teen Patti is a vying game — you play against other players, and the cards are fixed the moment they are dealt.

The dealer cannot think, and that is the point
A Blackjack dealer follows the Blackjack dealer rules — draws to 16, stands on 17, always. They cannot bluff, cannot read you, cannot change approach.
That makes Blackjack solvable. For every combination of your total and the dealer's upcard there is one correct action, and Blackjack basic strategy is simply the list of them.
Teen Patti has no equivalent, because the right move depends on what five other people are about to do.
Fixed cards change what betting means
In Blackjack, betting happens once and then you play the hand. In Teen Patti the hand is already over — the only thing left to decide is how much it is worth.
That is why blind and seen in Teen Patti exists: it is a way of pricing information about a hand you cannot alter. Blackjack has no need for such a mechanism.
Which to learn first
Blackjack, if you want a game with a right answer. The rules take five minutes and basic strategy takes an afternoon, after which you are playing it correctly.
Teen Patti, if you want a game about people. The rules take ten minutes and the rest is unbounded.
