Yono Rummy is a name, not a single game. Of the six apps using it, three are thirteen-card Indian Rummy, one is a bird identification quiz, one is a running game and two are spin games.
None of them involves real money. Their listings state no deposits, no withdrawals and no cash prizes.

The largest by installs plays no cards at all. Yono Game has 500,000+ installs and is a running game; the three that do play rummy have 10K+, 100+ and 10+ between them.
