Reporting a rule error

This is the message we most want to receive. If a rule on this site does not match how the game is played where you are, send us:

• The page URL
• The rule as we have written it
• The rule as you know it
• Where you play — regional variation is usually the explanation

We check every correction against published sources before changing a page, and where a genuine regional split exists we document both versions rather than replacing one with the other.

Problems with our Android games

For crashes, display problems or rules behaving incorrectly in one of our games, include your device model and Android version alongside a description of what happened. That combination is usually enough to reproduce it.

Privacy requests

For anything covered by our privacy policy, use the same address and put "Privacy" in the subject line so it gets routed correctly.
